Ingredients
Put warm water into a large bowl, and sprinkle the yeast on top. Stir slightly. Wait about 10 minutes until the yeast is bubbly. While you're waiting, melt the butter and let it cool. Then mix it in with the bubbly yeast. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, and sugar. Mix well. Gradually stir the dry mixture into the yeast mixture to form a soft dough. Knead on a floured surface for 5 minutes, adding extra flour as needed. Place dough ball into a greased bowl, and turn to coat all sides. Let rise for about an hour, or until doubled. Punch down, and spread onto a pizza pan (I spray my pan with Pam first). Prebake the crust for 10-15 minutes, until it just BARELY starts to brown. Add toppings of your choice. You can use traditional pizza toppings, or use breakfast ingredients as listed above. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted. |

Potato Ingredients
Using a mixer, mix the potato ingredients together. Pour into a greased baking dish. Mix the topping ingredients together. Cover the potato mixture with the topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, or until lightly browned on top. If you want a thinner topping, you can half the topping ingredients and make it that way. |

Ingredients
Using your hands or a heavy-duty mixer, mix together all the ingredients except for the ham and cheese. When the mixture is moist, press it into a greased loaf pan. Using your fist, press down into the middle of the loaf and make a "bathtub" shape. Leave the sides and bottom about 3/4" thick. Evenly sprinkle the cheese and ham into the cavity. Using your fingers, press the sides and ends of the "bathtub" closed, and make sure you press the top to seal it well. Drizzle the top with additional ketchup. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove the foil, and bake an additional 10 minutes to brown the top. This meatloaf can also be made without the ham and cheese. |

Prepare stuffing mix per package instructions. Mix in the chicken, soup, and cheese. Spoon into a 2-quart baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, or until heated through. Makes 6 servings. You can use low fat or fat-free cheese and soup, if you want. |

Ingredients
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13x9" baking pan. Combine flour, cocoa, butter, sugar, and eggs. If mixture seems too thick, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of water. Stir in the chocolate chips. Spread into baking pan. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out nearly clean. If the edges brown too quickly, turn the oven down to 300 degrees. This makes a LOT of brownies. The recipe can be cut in half. |
