*~*~*~* Shipping Information *~*~*~*

I generally use the US Postal Service for shipping, however, at times UPS may be used on rare occasions if your package is particularly heavy. All website items include FREE shipping within the U.S. All packages are shipped with either a Delivery Confirmation number or tracking number.

A signature will be required on packages containing $200+ in merchandise.

The current turnaround time for orders is posted on my website's home page, with any exceptions noted on the individual items.

Please allow 14 business days (weekends and holidays excluded) after shipment for the package to arrive (the vast majority of packages arrive within 1-4 business days after shipment). If the package hasn't arrived after 14 business days, please contact me so that I can check the tracking number, file an insurance claim, initiate a package trace, and/or reship your package as applicable. Please note that the post office doesn't consider a package to be "officially" lost until 30 days after shipment.

In the unlikely event of a damaged shipment, please contact me within three days of receipt so that an insurance claim can be filed. Do not discard the item or the packaging materials, in case they are needed for the insurance claim. A photo showing the damage may be required.

PayPal is highly preferred. A confirmed shipping address is required.

I also accept money orders (please contact me for my payment address). If paying by money order, your item(s) will be reserved for you for 10 days to allow time for your payment to arrive. After 10 days, unpaid items are subject to restocking.


*~*~*~* Return Policy *~*~*~*

If you aren't happy with your purchase, please contact me via e-mail within 3 days of receipt. You may return the item within one week of receipt for a refund of the purchase price (shipping costs and charity donations are non-refundable). Item must be in the same condition as sent.

After 3 days have passed since the arrival of your package, or once feedback has been left, the transaction will be considered final.

Note: For safety reasons, returns cannot be accepted on bath, body, and health-related products. Please read the ingredients and take note of the fragrances (as applicable) to help ensure that the product is right for you prior to purchasing. :-)


*~*~*~* International Customers *~*~*~*

I do ship internationally, however, payment must be made by money order (U.S. funds) rather than PayPal, as PayPal doesn't yet confirm international addresses. This helps protect both of us against credit card fraud.

If you see something you'd like to order, just let me know and I'll figure the shipping and insurance rates.

All items are from a smoke-free home. I do have pets, but they are not allowed in my work area where my fabric is stored. Items are in new condition suitable either for yourself or to give as gifts. Any item that is not new will be clearly noted as such.
